RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns & refunds will NOT be granted for cosmetics.

For apparel items, returns for a full refund are accepted within 14 business days from receipt of delivered item. We believe 14 days is enough time to try on the item, determine fitability and inspect for any defects. Items must not be worn, washed, damaged, or stained. Any items with excessive pet hair or smell of smoke will receive a refund equal to half of the original purchase price.

PROCESSING TIMES

Once an order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days to process. (Not including weekends/holidays) Please keep in mind all products are handmade and take time to create and inspect to ensure the best quality for each customer. 

SHIPPING

Shipping times are determined by carrier and method chosen by customer upon checkout. HSP-Honore Serenity Power is not responsible for lost or stolen items once package(s) have been picked up by carrier. 

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. 

For any lost or stolen packages, please file a claim with carrier.
